Steve Hulme: 1993/1994 season, Warrington v. Wigan

1994 Season when we had one hand on the League trophy for 24 hours. Specifically the incredibly tense home game against Wigan when we lost to a late penalty (Paul Cullen was adjudged to have made a late unruly tackle - debatable); but also travelling to Cas, Featherstone etc. on successive weekends to see our side show some real character in beating some stern opponents.

Didn't get to see the Wire play Australia later that year, but the photo in this article of Cullen stopping a green and gold shirt in its tracks is fabulous.

The Alzheimer's Society recently launched a national initiative called Dementia Friends which is giving people an understanding of dementia and the small things people can do that make a difference to people living with dementia.
