Caz Watson: 2012 Play-offs and Grand Final

One of my lasting memories is of going to Wilderspool with my Dad and my sister on a Friday night watching the B Team play. I will never forget the atmosphere at the Fletcher Street end as long as I live. I don't how old I was but I must've been aged 14 when I stopped going the rugby as a child.

Another memory that sticks out for me is beating St Helens in the Semi Final Play Off Game last season, I watched the second half of the game in my local pub in Bewsey, tried getting the game on my pc but couldn't so my hubby said to me why don't we go to the Imp to watch the second half, so that we did, I remember thinking at the beginning of the second half that it could have been anybody's game because both us and St Helens were playing just as well, but then St Helens took their foot off the gas, then that was us on a roll, the atmosphere in the pub was immense when we all realised that Warrington Wolves were getting to the Grand Final.

Next memory I have is in relation to us getting to the Grand Final, waiting for the Coach was the most nervous of waits for me because we were running late our coach should have gone at 4pm from the Ground but it left later. Sitting next to my younger brother on the coach was amusing because he kept taking my blue/yellow wig off. When we arrived at Old Trafford we had some pictures taken before finding our seats on the stand we were on.

The atmosphere was immense I enjoyed it thoroughly, just sad that we never got the Grand Final win - driving home on the coach was a sad time, me and my dad sat next to each other discussing the play off system and how it needs to be fairer, because a team that comes 5th in the league shouldn't win the league, because they win the Grand Final.

Hoping we will get to Wembley again so I can soak in the atmosphere of a Challenge Cup Final as well as a Grand Final.
